Booked the party bus for my daughter’s prom.

Positives: Driver was on time and party bus was as advertised.

Negatives: when the group arrived at the prom location, they were not able to enter the venue so they were hanging out waiting in the party bus (as expected). For some reason the driver asked the group to get out of the bus so he could “fix a problem with a tire” and then left. The kids were left standing in a windy cold parking lot in fancy clothes for 45 minutes. The kids ended up waiting in the cars of other friends of theirs and saw the driver come back with the party bus after 15 minutes to the same parking lot they were waiting in.

Needless to say, this is not acceptable nor what anyone would expect from a limo service, and I contacted the company to discuss a remedy. It took numerous calls, and excuses, with a promise of a call back from a ‘manager named Adam’ which never happened. On the 4th call they finally agreed to refund me for the 1hour where the kids stood in the parking lot’s and requested that I send a Zelle request for payment..

The company never made the payment after a week. A lot of talk, zero action. (I’m sure the company will reply to this review with explanations of why they didn’t make the agreed upon payment and how one can get a commercial size vehicle tire fixed in 15 minutes at 7pm on a Saturday night near the SF zoo. If you believe those stories… well I’ll just say, that’s cute)

I have been working with All Bay Limousine since February of this year locally, I must say I am completely impressed with the service I have received. Scheduling via email is so easy and they respond immediately, competitive pricing, and amazing drivers. One experience in particular was in May of 2022, I had a group of 6 leaders traveling early morning pick up from the San Jose hotel to one of our offices in San Francisco, and then again later that evening back to the San Jose hotel. We decided to spend one day in the city office and were picked up by Bobby, who was very patient while we wrangled the team at 7am. Later that evening we needed to be picked up from the restaurant in the city were the team had dinner, back to our hotel. Dinner ended a bit later than expected and once again we had the WONDERFUL Bobby as our driver later that night. Bobby was great!! He patiently waited for us to finish, then picked us up and told great stories on our way back. he was a great driver, patient, funny, and fit right in with our crazy team. I continue to book ABL for my exec's when they come to town as I can rely on the great service. If you have not yet used them , I highly recommend them for yourself and definitely for your executives. I will say if you have a team that will need transportation to the same office I recommend using a car service rather than individual ride services, it was a great way to get to...

From the start Henry was easy to work with. I had never rented a limo and didn't understand how book and costs. After explaining we were renting for 10 - 10 year olds, he quickly determined that we should get a party bus. He convinced me, offered a great price for 5 hours. Contracting, payment was easy. Communication through text and email made me feel supported and at ease.

Day of, our driver, Saeed, was patient and sweet. He was on time, which could have gone really wrong since it was also bay to breakers day. He showed us all the tricks, bells and whistles of the bus: tv, speakers, lasers, kid friendly beverages and the kids were in heaven. We made stops to the event space, a Wendy's drive through and a stop across town to get some pics in front of the bridge. He was so accommodating and respectful. He dropped us off on time.

The kids had the time of their lives. Birthday girl is a legend and everything went unbelievably smooth. Thank you so much AB Limo and Henry/Saeed! Parents are already explaining kids want a bus for their next birthday and I know who to recommend!
