I have been taking weekly semi-private lessons from Carol for about two years now. What I appreciate most about her teaching is that she always meets me where I am at, pushing me when I'm ready and letting off with a "restorative" practice when I'm not. I'm also consistently amazed by her incredible mental catalog of exercises - every class has something new in addition to the old standbys. Carol is also so pleasant to spend time with that our weekly session is a treat.

Carol is very welcoming and a really great teacher for everyone, from beginners to experts. And private lessons with Jackson have made such a difference for me. Until Sanchez, I was never able to take mat classes because of back issues, but Aaron and Carol have taught me how to tailor the movements and get that core workout I need. Plus, they're fun!
