Seaweed SF — Local services in San Francisco

I've just survived an advanced cancer but there are so many side-effects from the treatment that I come out of it with a very heavy med-sked of prescription pharmaceuticals.

Stumbled upon some good news: With the guidance of Seaweed's John and Pamela, I have substituted a very heavy med with one of the cannabinoid edibles they sell at their boutique venue in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.

The makers of one high-design product, Camino Kiva, do not even make this medical claim!

But those gummies put down nausea ✅ ‼️

Which gives me relief on another front: My med-sked included Ondansetron (a.k.a. Zofran, the very 1st infusion off the I.V. rack during a course of chemotherapy).

Ondansetron is a serotonin-antagonist ( not your friend 🤦‍♂️ :)

But i tapered it off my med-sked this past winter with the help of these industry experts, who are ironically situated halfway between my home and the nearest pharmacy. (Approved by hospital and listed on EPIC medical chart.)

I am an ambulatory wheelchair user, and I found myself in need of an accessible place to get my meds when I was visiting Pier 39. Seaweed SF was only a couple blocks away from my location, and was incredibly easy to get there. When I arrived, I was bummed to see the stairs, until I noticed there wheelchair lift. The security guard and budtenders helped me access the store using the lift, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
