Conmen who look for marks to defraud. If he tries to bring you to an upper floor, you're a mark. The art is fake. He pressures marks, isolates them, corners them, then offers "discounts," "free shipping," "I'll add this for free if you get this other thing," etc.
He tried to sell us a knockoff of a $541 work by Yves Lohe (Lot 64) for $9,500, as well as two others from Lohe that are valued the same or less for $7,000. He tried to sell a blatant fake copy of the harp by Lohe (Lot 324) for $7,800. That original piece was sold for $750 in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 9th, 2022.
After confronting him, he said, "Our artist is from Murano, Italy." It's got Lohe carved in it. Lohe is French, you know France? Not Italy. That city in Italy is also known for making glass, so them making glass fakes of Lohe who worked with glass actually checks out.

Thank you to all the people at...
Read moreIn June we bought a Lladro from them and noticed the the display piece was damaged so we insisted that our purchase was on condition of getting a new piece from the Lladro factory. The piece can in and looked to be fine but is now falling apart! on closer observation we now see that they have fixed the damaged display piece and shipped it to us. I have been in touch with their Director who has asked me to fix it with super glue! I called Lladro USA and they said that they are not an authorized distributor. So I went back to the Director asking for a copy of the invoice he got from Lladro as proof he bought a new piece but got not reply. Do not deal with this company as they ship damaged...
