Unacceptable Service at Subway – 2675 Geary Blvd
I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. I went in with a friend, and we approached the counter where the lone employee immediately glared at us and grunted, “I need ten minutes, I’m doing mobile orders. I don’t have time.” We said that was fine and patiently waited.
When my friend went up to order after 10 minutes, the employee had a snappy attitude, rushing him through the process. When it was my turn, he barked at me, “What do you want to order? You’re not saying anything!” I was taken aback by how rude and impatient he was. I even commented that I hadn’t realized there was such a rush.
To make matters worse, while we were still trying to order, two DoorDash drivers were waiting inside, and he rudely told them, “You have to wait!” His frustration was palpable, and it was clear he was taking it out on everyone.
When I finally got to choose my toppings, he rudely told me that they didn’t have most of the usual options. I ended up with just tomato, lettuce, and sauce because that’s all that was available. Then, to top it all off, I was overcharged for a medium soda when I had specifically asked for a small. When I pointed it out, his response was, “Oh well, too late.”
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I understand being understaffed or busy, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. I won’t be returning to this location and would advise others to...
Read moreI visited your store around 9:45 PM and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member on duty was quite rude. I asked for veggie patties in my sandwich, but he refused to include them, saying he was lazy to warm up the veggie petty even though I was charged for a veggie patty sandwich.
Your food is genuinely great, which is why I keep coming back. But I believe your staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I understand the store closes at 10 PM and the employee may have been eager to leave, but customers aren’t coming in for free food—we’re paying and deserve respectful service.
Please consider addressing this with your team so future visits reflect the quality of your food...

First thing I notice when I came in was the paper sign that says only 1 refill..ok I'm ok with that, the lady making sandwiches is a bit upset looking but I mean she works at subway. A fellow came out of the bathroom and made me a decent sandwitch. Two things brought the score to 4 stars. First thing they gave less meat by half what all other subways give with the spicy Italian, wierd but still plenty of meat to enjoy. And 2nd is I got my sandwitch toasted, but he never asked me.
