I’ve been a client of The Gspa since their early opening days, and my experience over the years has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve received a variety of treatments including laser, AviClear, Botox, Xeomin, and HydraFacials and every time, I leave feeling more confident and well taken care of. This team, led by Dr. G, is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The laser treatments, especially the gentle CO2 resurfacing and light peels, have significantly improved my skin texture, reduced acne scars, and helped even out my skin tone. Joavana has always been so gentle with me during my CO2 treatments, she listens closely to my concerns and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. Her care and attention make such a difference. Most recently, I’ve started IPL treatments and just completed my second session. I shared my concerns about dark spots with NP Iris and Nurse Erika, and they explained the process in detail. They let me know that after the treatment some dark spots might initially get darker before they fade and not to freak out about it. Within 20 minutes the sunspots were indeed 3x darker and no joke, just 2/3 days in, I already see them getting lighter! I’m so excited to see the full results. But consistency is key — without it, the results won’t last. AviClear is definitely on the pricier side, but they offer great package deals. This treatment has made a huge difference in managing my acne. I used to get frequent breakouts, especially from wearing surgical masks often. Post-pandemic, my skin was in rough shape, but after three sessions, I barely get any active acne — maybe 2–3 small spots around my cycle, which is a huge improvement. HydraFacial was actually the first service I tried at The Gspa. It’s an amazing way to deep-clean pores while infusing the skin with beneficial serums and light therapy. I had an Aqua Peel in South Korea years ago and had been searching for something similar here — so glad I found The Gspa! TheGspasf also has a monthly membership, different by amount you pay and it’s like 1 credit, 2 credit or 3 credits. Each membership has a different price for a different tier. I believe the credit rolls over or you can save the credits! Also, I have to mention Noelle! She’s always so kind and sweet. She goes out of her way to make me feel welcome, often offering a drink while I wait. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about Dr. G’s skincare line and has given me great product recommendations that complement my treatments. Overall, every visit has been a wonderful experience. My face was feeling blah and lacking glow and radiance. None of my products seemed to be working to get back that “shine” back. I used face masks, exfoliants, serums and lots of heavy face creams. It all seemed to just sit atop my skin without absorbing. I needed something to give my skin a boost, so I thought I’d try out a hydrafacial, and it was exactly what I hoped for! Before the treatment, Dr. Grenier and I talked about my main concerns and she recommended a couple of boosters, which included Vitamin C. She explained the steps before the treatment so I knew what to expect. During the treatment, she checked in constantly to ensure I was comfortable. The treatment included cleansing, exfoliating and infusing my face with serum. It was a gentle process, yet I was still able to feel the suctioning of impurities out of my face. Immediately after the treatment, I noticed my face had shine and radiance! My face was slightly pink in certain areas but it was completely gone within a few hours. Overall, my face looked and felt so smooth and soft. The dry patches disappeared and my face looked hydrated. Best of all, I felt my daily facial products worked better after the treatment. I have been going to G Spa since May 2025. My first time & experience the treatments CO2 Laser /Salmon Sperm/Hydra Facials/Exion Lip Plumping & Perioral Upper&Lower area/ Xeomin Injections/ all good & today is August & I see a big difference in my skin & loving it all . I just turned 73 this month & it has helped my confidence & boosted my morale & helping me feel happy again after a few years of health issues. The staff in G Spa is so nice & friendly & knowledgeable . Dr G / Alex the manager & Noelle. And Erika & Danielle who work on treatments with me & Sheyma & Angela who take care of my schedules & make sure of my billing status etc keep this fantastic place together. So professional in everything they do. I also get my face products from them. And this place is immaculately clean & location is right downtown by Union Square area. Today, August 19 my skin is smooth & my fine lines are lessened & my lips are plumped (not done yet with treatments) my pores are better having Hydra Facial Treatment. Xeomin is helping a lot esp in my forehead & eye area & jowl & neck area. I love them all especially CO2 Laser it helpings in resurfacing & giving me new skin & glowing too.
