If you plan on coming here to renew or apply for a new passport DON'T!! Employees are highly unintelligent in what they are doing, there is a old bitter lady there that is extremely rude. They sealed my package incorrectly and now I have to delay my trip to fill out the form again because of the lady's mistake..did I not mention that they were VERY rude.
