Horrific experience with the photographer Vicky Han. Went to take photos with my family and for my baby’s 100th day on 9/23. According to her own statement, final edited photos are delivered within 2-3 weeks. It has been almost two months and she has not delivered the final edited photos. She was not communicative and tried to deflect responsibility. She acts as though she’s doing you, the customer, a favor by taking your money. She also has a habit of posting all her conflicts and drama with her customers on social media while inventing stories to make her look innocent. This should be telling on what type of person she is. We asked for a refund since our child would be 6 months old by the time she claims she can work on the edits and she refused. We are now taking her to small claims court on the basis of bad business! Vicky did the photoshoot for my daughter's 1 month photography, and now we are back for another one for my daughter's 1 year birthday! During the shoot, my daughter got really grumpy, fuzzy and started crying because it's already passed her nap time. Vicky was so understanding and she let my daughter take a quick nap at the studio.
