never usually go to salons. I've always done my own hair at home, especially with the prices of hair dye and hair cuts being what they are and you never seem to get the results you want. You show them pictures of what you want and get no where near it. I've gotten too busy to do my own hair and wanted to go back from brunette to blonde we all know this takes a lot of time and working in health care i have absolutely 0 time. I found this hair salon right down the street, I did a walk in which is usually unethical for a hair salon, Tia (owner of the salon) took me in right away she is absolutely amazing. She has a positive attitude, she is very friendly, and takes her time to do what you asked for and the best part.....She is not overpriced as other salons. Tia is very understanding and compassionate and is in it because she likes doing hair not just for the money so again, you're going to get the results you're looking for! She makes it her goal to make sure you're happy with your results and checks in with you if there's anything more she can do. I can't begin to count how many times I've paid an arm and a leg to go blonde and have been left orange no where near blonde. Tia is the first to accomplish a full blonde on my hair she also is the first I've been to that cuts that straight clean bob cut. Ever since coming to Tia I get compliments everywhere I go about my hair I have sent many her way and she's just way too good to not post online as well I wish I could give her 20 stars! Today I came here for a touch-up on my hair color roots. It was 95 degrees outside, but they didn't even turn on AC or fan. The water for washing my hair was scalding hot, and after I said it was too hot, she switched it to cold, then back to burning hot again, splashing water everywhere! The worst part was when Tia dried my hair. She used two blow dryers at the same time, and the one on the left was too close and way too hot, which ended up burning the left side of my neck. She just said, "How could that happen?" and only put some cream on me that she said was for the face! This is the first time I've ever been burned at a salon! Finally, the usual charge is $80, but Tia added an extra $5...

I went in to see if Tia could fix my haircut and coloring who I had it done at a expensive place. It was so bad of coloring and haircut I didn't know what to do...I remembered Tia was now opened for business. I went in and ask if she could fix my hair. She was so good that she fixed the color and shaped my hair. I was so happy she knew what to do. She is my haircut and color person.
