In our small city, there will be 5 Starbucks soon. 4 for now. The one in Esplanade and Sanderson, the one in Palm and in Florida and this one used to be so good. The one in North San Jacinto really needs customer service training, in terms of manners and listening, they don't listen and they don't offer assistance to those like me is not a coffee drinker. The new one in San Jacinto and Esplanade when it opened was okay but somehow the lady with dark hair in the drive through was really not listening or pretending not to listen. She kept asking me, What??? When only one ear is covered by the headset. That was rude. I asked her water on top my order and a holder in a very courteous and gentle way but she turned her back on me while facing the white lady doing cashier thing. Instead of calling her attention, i just went because there was a long line. I called Starbucks and i don't know what happened, the one who answered is the one in Sanderson and Esplanade. The lady there was more helpful and she even offered to replenish my order and she said, they had been hearing a lot of not so good feedbacks from the location in the new one in Epslanade and San Jacinto and the one in North State Street. They need to be trained in basic stuff about proper conduct and being civilized and well mannered, not all but there is a handful in North State Street and first time with the lady in Esplanade and San Jacinto. Starbucks you waste a lot of money, the service should be at par...
Read moreThis Starbucks is horrible. They cannot get anything right! I have gave them a chance going around 7 times. The first time it was so hard for the girl who took my order to understand for her what I wanted. She did have no idea what BREVE meant. Besides, they took about 10 minutes to made my drink and I thought "well, maybe they are new". Well, no excuse. After that the next time they keep taking forever. Not getting my drink right. It is hard to order they keep asking "what?, what you said" maybe if they lower the volume in the speakers or they pay more attention they can hear or if they remove the bloody headset when they are in the front cashier. I don't want to yell when I order my coffee. Today, they wrote my order wrong so I said: "I asked for only one pump of vanilla" she said: "it comes with 2". I said: "I just want one pump please" . So she told that to the lady who was preparing my drink. They took forever again and the beverage was way too sweet. I said " I only want one pump of vanilla", she said: "I just added one". I can taste that has 2 it is way too sweet but she did not care to make it again. And it was not customers at all this time. So, definitely I won't go anymore to this place. It is horrible! I rather drive 2 miles more to my usual spots in State or in Florida. I will give them ZERO...
Read moreMobile pickup terrible, especially around night when they close the inside, get ready to set in line, for 30+min in the drive thur, just to pick up a regular coffee... because someone needs their skinny mini, I'm on weight watchers, frap and a side of BS, Trenti iced coffee, 12 pumps [sugar-free] vanilla, 12 pumps [sugar-free] hazelnut, 12 pumps [sugar-free] caramel, 5 pumps skinny mocha, a splash of soy, coffee to the star on the siren's head, ice, double-blended! extra whip and smothered in chocolate sauce. Or your stuck behind the person that takes forever to order at the drive thru because the menu's changed every single day... All I can say is just be prepared to wait.. Patience, patience. Honestly Starbucks needs to simplify their menu's, they give people to many choices, most people even can't decide what they want for breakfast, let alone what they want to drink. The coffee was great, but now I know, if the drive thru has cars in it,...
