California's Party Supply — Local services in San Jacinto

No food here lol But a wonderful small party supply store located in the shopping center where the San Jacinto certified farmers market takes place The shop itself is located to the left of the healthy hub and is a bit hidden by the weird construction fences in front of the healthy hub Always live to support local, small, family owned businesses... the woman that assisted me was super helpful I think she said her name was Nancy mentioned she had been working there little less than a year but she was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Also, a valuable reminder for buyer beware as I had purchased balloons on Amazon and brought them to this store so they could fill them with helium which they were happy to do (fee of $5.99 for the larger balloons, and around $2.99 for the average size balloons) However, having purchased balloons from Amazon meant the store would not guarantee them (if they were damaged or deflated etc) so just be forewarned it may be in your best interest to plan ahead and buy your balloons from your party store also rather than risk poorly made or damaged balloons from lackluster...

We had a terrible experience with this company. We reached out to order 50 balloons for delivery to save time and hassle. We spoke to Elizabeth on Wednesday, and she assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. She said she would follow up so we could make payment.

Thursday came—no follow-up—so we called again. She was busy and said she’d call us back. By Friday, after still not hearing anything, my wife called again and her husband answered. He gave us a completely different story, saying they couldn’t deliver, didn’t have room in his truck, and even implied that Elizabeth didn’t charge us enough—like that was somehow our fault. He essentially said he couldn’t help us at all.

We wasted three days waiting on them instead of finding someone else. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely would...

We called for pricing and the lady on the phone was rude. She stated they were very busy and she couldn't speak with me.... if i wanted information I would have to come into the store... we arrived seconds later the store was empty with three employees (one on the cell phone and the other two talking) and didn't have the theme we needed. We ended up buying latex balloons but it was not worth the drive...I could have bought those balloons closer to home for a...
