(Let me tell you about my experience here at this business) I Recently came here because I've heard a lot of good reviews and I trusted this place with my own $1,200 phone. Phones aren't cheep now days as you can see.. I came in for a screen replacement and I specifically told them I wanted a OEM screen they told me yes they can do it. So I let them replace it. When I came back for my phone. I saw that it wasn't an OEM screen, it was an aftermarket screen. I asked them why did you put a aftermarket screen? They told me that they didn't have any OEM screens at the moment. I was very upset and left it alone. I didn't think of much. Came home with my phone noticed it was acting up, there was glitches on the screen screen was freezing, the signal gone out... I had to call my provider to see if it was something on there end and they didn't find anything. Then my phone froze Completely... My phone provided told me to take it in to a local Service Center to get checked out. Before that I took it in again to the store and I told them you guys messed up my phone. It was working find no problem even though I had a broken screen.... "They said sorry we can not refund my money"... they tried to give me some fake airpods which they we're Fake! For the inconvenience.. long story short.. I will be taking legal action....MY RECOMMENDATION TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A BROKEN SCREEN DONT GET IT FIX HERE. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND GET IT FIX AT A LICENSE OEM STORE CENTER... My Service Center did take a look at the phone and they did see that had a broken peace when opening it.. I've learned my lesson.... Think Twice before taking your Phones here to get it fix and save you...

If you buy something and it doesn’t work, “THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS”. You have to buy something else from them. I bought a phone expecting to work because my husband needed a phone for work purposes. So it didn’t work, the screen wasn’t working, needed to upgrade but wasn’t letting me and I was stressed out. Went the other day, because I purchased it when they were almost closing. They told me that they couldn’t do anything, what was I expecting if I was buying a cheap phone. Like???? I have an iPhone 15.. I don’t usually go and buy cheap phones. So I asked this guy that was working there, why you guys are selling phones that they don’t work? His answer was: “Is against our policy to tell the customers that whatever they buy, actually doesn’t work and we can’t refund their money….” That’s how they deceive people and make money out of it. Ok, but if it doesn’t work they can’t refund you. Their only solution is a gift card for their store. Why would I want an gift card for such overpriced phone cases or whatever overpriced electronic item? That’s why I always buy cases, screen protectors, etc; somewhere else, cheaper, same quality or better quality….. I don’t usually do bad reviews. I like to always be 100% accurate. Always respectful. But this time, they made me so upset that they couldn’t give me solutions, that I had to purchased another phone from them.

Please people, be careful! I wasn’t the only one.. while I was arguing with the guy, other customers were complaining about another phones they purchased there, about their cases that was bad quality.. etc. if you really want to buy better quality,...

Update: As you can see, the shop responded to my comment... unfortunately this response is incorrect. The technician actually told me that they would need to order the part and it would take 30 days to arrive. At which point I decided to go online and order it myself and it arrived in 3 days. NOT 30. I then took my phone and the part to this shop. They attempted to fix it only to come to the conclusion 2 hrs later that it wasn't working. I took my phone and new part back home. Gave it to my boyfriend to try fixing and MY BOYFRIEND HAD IT FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR USING THE SAME PART I HAD TAKEN TO THE REPAIR SHOP. And, there was zero soldering involved in the fix. Unless you are just needing help to change your phone case or change a screen protector I would consider other options.

Original Post: I read all these great reviews and decided to try them out. Went in earlier this evening to have my charger port fixed on my important work phone. The guy looks at the phone, says ",I don't have the parts for this phone it will take a month or more to get ordered" gives the phone back and that's it. No price estimate, no follow through. But most shockingly, didn't even bother looking at the issue to see if it was something easily fixed. For all I know it just needs to be cleaned out properly or have the solder joints re-soldered.
