Feeling emotionally ripped off!!! 2 weeks ago i ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum's funneral. I rang up and talked to this lady her name was Nga, she sounded really nice. I told her her I was from Australia, I was hoping she would do a great job with the flowers, the reviews on google were really great, so I thought I would order through her, there were a few exchanged phone calls she sounded genuine big mistake:( . I asked her to email me a picture of the flowers, I never recieved it. I had to sort out out the photos of the flowers through the pictures of the funneral my sister had sent me. I was really upset. I paid $300 usd its equivalent to $388.12 ausd. it wasn't about the price. The fact there was no care was put in the flower bouquet upsets me. I felt like my bouquet looked the ugliest at my own mothers funneral.
