Excellent customer service. Awesome manager. Unfortunately they have a no refund policy and unfortunately I didnt quite checked the item purchased which had very poor finishing quality and less than 8 minutes buying it as we walked out and was putting it on, I noticed the falling apart on the sleeve, so I turned back to show it and maybe return the item since it was the only one in that size and color and they just wouldn't do it. However the store manager went out of his way trying to replace the item checking around but the ones he had at hand were in the same (Not the best quality) condition nor the same color/size. He then offered to special order it for me and return in a few days but after almost 40 mins standing, I was tired and I decided to just let it be and fix the brand new item myseld. Varied selection, friendly staff, but absolutely overpriced. Went shopping for stickers a couple times, and they charged $50 for the Supreme x Akira Neo-Tokyo box logo sticker, which goes for less than $20 on Grailed. They also had the Supreme x Akira Arm sticker for $35 which people sell for $10 or less on Grailed and other websites.
