The Sweet Corner — Restaurant in San Jose

I've enjoyed desserts, milk teas, smoothies, and various other items at this establishment over the years. I find their taste and quality to be consistently good. Their menu is extensive, offering a wide range of coffee and tea specials. On a recent weekend evening after dinner, I dropped by and ordered several slices of cake to take with me. It was a delightful way to conclude the evening! However, the only issue I encountered was the variability of their service. At times, you're warmly greeted with a 'Hi! Hello! Welcome!' upon entering, but more often than not, the service lacks the same enthusiasm. It's clear that customer service needs significant improvement. Nevertheless, the delectable desserts keep me coming back despite this. The treats are simply irresistible, and I can't resist the temptation to visit, even with numerous other boba shops in the same plaza. Parking is plentiful, and if it's not crowded, you can easily find a convenient spot nearby. The interior is cozy, but there's outdoor seating available when the weather is pleasant. Sweet corner is actually located on a corner in Vietnam town. It has cute decorations that remind you of a little French bistro. It's located in an area that's walking distance of TeaLyfe where I would prefer to go if I wanted solely boba. However, Sweet Corner has its own charms. I really like the selection of teas that they have. I can get both Chai and Chrysanthemum which I can't get at most boba places. In addition, they have che which makes them stand out. If you're not in the mood for a drink, they also have prepped desserts already that you can order such as macarons, tiramisu cake, and mochi. It's a cute little spot to hang out (though it gets really crowded during the evening hours) and I would recommend going because they have tons of variety. Great selection of drinks available. The dessert is also amazing. They have a French Cafe theme going on. The place is very popular with the young crowd.

Drinks: Colada Tea Mango is delicious. Has a floral taste due to the white tea that they use. Comes with coconut pieces and syrup flavor. Great drink.

Che Thap Cam is good. If you are not sure what Che to get. Get this. It's well balance and sweet to drink.

Food: Cream puffs are delicious here. They aren't made to order. The tiramisu is to die for. Don't get the cake version. It's not that great compared to the one you eat from the glass.

Ambience: Seating inside and outside. It's very cozy indoor. Feels like you are in Paris.
