Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu's juices are very refreshing on those hot San Jose days. They have the machines there to extract the juice straight from the fruits. Today we got some #1's, 32oz sugarcane with kumquat $9.50. It is either that or the #2, sugarcane with orange juice, that top my list of best juices there. The citrus blends well with the sweetness of the cane. I like how they don't put too much ice in there to not water down the drink while keeping it cool. Good job staff at Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu.
