I totally forgot to write a review about this Genuinely amazing company.

First off, I am a VERY VERY picky person. I need everything to be exactly how I want it, no if ands or buts! So, naturally, I went around to at least 15 different jewelers all around the bay area on the hunt for the perfect ring! After a few weeks or hunting, I realized that the ring I wanted didn't exist. I had to get it custom made. It's hard to find a rose gold ring, with pear-shaped diamonds in a "Future Present Past" setting. AND have an infinity style band. AND have side stones and crazy unique design.

After getting a few quotes from mainstream jewelers, I wasn't too happy about pricing, attention to detail, timelines, etc. Especially seeing the quality of diamonds they would offer to go along with my center diamond.

Btw i had already purchased my own Center diamond which is an IF, F clarity, Cushion (excellent cut) diamond. So naturally, I want the best diamonds to complement it.

I finally ran into Steve at Dynasty Jewelers. And from day one they treated me like family. Him and his father gave me lots of sound advice. They showed me a few examples of their previous work and it was amazing. They assured me that they would only put the best diamonds to complement the center diamond. They listened to what I wanted, advised on what would look good and helped me through the whole process.

The entire process took a little longer than expected but that was because I kept making changes and adding on things and they obliged each time and did not hesitate to satisfy me. They sent me updates with AutoCAD pictures of my ring everytime a change was made.

In the End, The ring was made just in time for my proposal. I got the MOST beautifully crafted, stunning, detailed and unique ring that rivaled rings that cost 3-4 times its price. But that's not the point. The point is, I got what I wanted, which was something unique and brilliant for the most important person in my life and for the most important day of my life.

Steve and team at Dynasty made that happen for me and I will forever be indebted to spread the word about them and let the world know of their amazing work. If your thinking of popping the question, need an upgrade or just need some bling. I 100% stand behind Dynasty jewelers!

For our ten year anniversary we wanted to do an enhancement on my original wedding ring. After going to a few different places we quickly realized that what we wanted would need to be a custom job. We chose Dynasty diamonds after getting a few quotes. The whole customization process was easy and simple. They understood our vision and pulled it off flawlessly. We had a few ups and downs along the way, however you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle these up and downs. We made the ring a size 6 which was the same size as my current ring, however since we made it wider size six proved to a be a little too small. After wearing it for one day my finger was hurting, and we also had one of the diamonds fall out which we were luckily able to find. We took it back in the next day and they said one of the prongs was broken off. They decided to go from a size 6 to 7. Within a week we went back and upon trying on the ring we found that 7 was too big so we left it there for them to change it to a 6.5. A few days later we went back and picked it up. 6.5 fit better, however after losing the first diamond I was very cautious and was keeping a close eye on it. After two weeks I noticed one of the diamonds looked loose. Upon inspection it came right off in my hand. I emailed the shop and told them what had happened. They told me to bring it in and they would do whatever was needed to fix it. We decided that it was best to re set the diamonds in a new band, not using prongs. We also decided to change it to a 6.75 and tapered the band a little bit to make it less wide. We’ve picked it up and a 6.75 is the perfect fit. I also love the new band set vs the prongs. Most people would judge 5 stars by everything being perfect, however as I stated above you can learn a lot about a shop by how they handle things that come up. For that reason they still get a five star review from me even with the set backs we had. Every time we talked with them they were always polite and helped us with the problem. I also want to say that they never charged us anything extra for all of the size changes or re setting it into a different band. I told my husband that if he wants to get me any other jewelry over the years to always go here and we will recommend them...

He sent me multiple design concepts to consider, answered every question, listened to every detail, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His commitment to excellence and his passion for craftsmanship were evident in every step. In the end, the ring I received exceeded every expectation — it is a piece of art, and I will treasure it always.

I am so grateful that I found their family-owned business. In a world where personalized service can be hard to come by, Dynasty Jewelers is a rare gem — where you feel like more than just a customer. You feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for.
