Addictively delicious chicken and tea drinks served in a local mall. Discovered this place newly opened in a busy corner of the Oakridge Mall. They had samples to try. I ordered some of the K-Soy Chicky Pop and a grapefruit green tea. The chicken is tender bits of thigh coated in a very thin crispy coating and then sauced with a soy based sauce. Sticky and sweet, sprinkled with some sesame seeds and served in a paper box with long toothpicks. Super tasty, loaded with umami in that sauce. A large serving cooked in small batches upon ordering. The grapefruit green tea was ordered with 30% sweet and 50% ice. I enjoy the bitter of the grapefruit peel in this drink. Nice and refreshing. The self-serve style ordering system was not immediately evident but very convenient with large screens. This shop is just inside from the parking garage on that side of the mall. Makes for a convenient pickup as you're leaving the mall. Overall, very tasty, I will be back!

This Oakridge location is one of my favorite and if I’m at Oakridge, I AM going to Shihlin. Out of all the mall snacks at Oakridge, Shihlin is the best. The portions are so generous! I snapped a pic of an order I’ve eaten only HALF of. The people working are friendly and nice and service is quick and efficient. If you still need convincing, they are always giving out samples. Stop by Oakridge Shihlin - I always do :)

Shihlin always hit the spot and this location is by far the best we have been too. It is located inside of Oakridge Mall across from Daiso. Shihlin Taiwanese Street Snacks is always a go-to favorite for me, but this particular location stands out because of the warm, personal customer service. Every visit feels like more than just grabbing a quick bite—it feels like I’m genuinely welcomed.

The food is always on point—crispy, flavorful, and comforting. My must-haves are the XL chicken thigh (super juicy with the perfect crunch), the shrimp omelette, and the fish balls. During my visit, the owner even gifted me a cute little keychain, which just added an extra sweet touch to the experience.
