This parking lot is turning itself into a robbery lot, because the Target never actively think of its customers. BELOW IS WHAT HAPPENED TO SB IN JULY 20, 2017. Beware of these danger and risk.
Yesterday my daughter in law went to Target on Hillsdale and was robbed. She pulled in next to a shopping cart. It was right next to her and the car as she was taking the two babies out of the car. She dropped her purse in the larger part of the cart so that she could put the baby seat on the smaller front part. A young guy walked up to her and grabbed her purse. She grabbed for the purse and the guy but he pulled away and got into the waiting car that had a driver waiting at the end of her car. The car behind the scum bags car followed but was unable to get the license number, however that person did flag down an officer who was close by. Her purse, credit cards, cell phone and keys are now with these creeps. Please keep your eyes peeled in that shopping center at all times and don't let your guard down. This is the second incident in that shopping center that someone I know has been effected by thieves. I have reported this information...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this Target location. I needed assistance to unlock the cabinet for a toothbrush head, but my repeated attempts to call for help using the provided button went unanswered. Frustrated, I approached a team member wearing a vest labeled "Guest Service."
Despite calling "excuse me" several times from behind him, he ignored me completely. When I finally caught up to him and waved in front of his face while saying "hello," he curtly responded, "I'm on my way to lunch," and walked away without offering any assistance.
I understand that employees have breaks, but the complete disregard for a customer's request for help was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling incredibly frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope this feedback prompts the management to address such behavior and improve their...
Read moreI asked where the nearest shopping carts were from an employee. She responded curt no eye contact and said "all the way in the front of the store" as she continued shelfing small items. Unhelpful & unfriendly. I really like all the variety of products T has but I hate my shopping experience there. I can tell employees do not like working there. Sad. Is a different occasions, I can hear a variety of employees expressing their discontent in working there. It's too bad. Target should hire people who are grateful to work there, or re-train their employees (from manager checker, custer service, shelving/stocker to collecting Shopping Carts) to be kind, courteous, helpful, et al in order to create a pleasant shopping environment for...
