I made a mobile order and went to pick it up. One of my drinks wasnāt made and the breakfast sandwich I ordered wasnāt available. I have a few issue with this location and will not be giving them my business any longer. When I asked the young lady making my drink about the status of my other drink ( that should have already been made) she gave me attitude and said she was working on in but she handbrake even started even though she had already made one of my drink and started working on a different customer order. She then told me they were out of my breakfast sandwich (it seem every time I ordered said sandwich from this location, they are out even though the app states they arenāt. This happens more often than not.) I told her that I would need it refunded and she gave me some attitude. I went to the register and the woman working that post started the refund process when I mentioned that I seem to have an issue more often than not that they say they have something in stock when they really donāt. This woman was also rude (her tone not her words). She stated they get busy (understands for the morning rush but I stopped by after 11am well after said rush.) and donāt always have time to make things off. Finally back to the woman to was making my last drink. She knocked the drink over and about 1/3 of this drink got wasted, then she filled the drink up with some more tea rather than remaking the drink correctly and this threw off the flavor of the drink. I asked that it be remade as it didnāt taste like it normally would. Horrible experience and I will not be giving the location my business any longer. I would rather travel a longer distance for good customer service then to deal with their crappy attitude. During my latest visit it first took a long time to even be greeted, then the person behind the register kept looking like they hates every second of being there. Then they gave me a bigger size than I ordered (and charged for the bigger size) and I only noticed after already out of there. Iāve ordered the drink I got many many times but that time it was completely off and really didnāt taste great. The insiders also dirt with garbages on the floor and the tables surface are sticky. Also, the services were really slow.
