I've been coming to this location since they very first opened and everything had always been five stars. Tho, I don't know if they changed ownership recently or something but my most recent experience was bad enough to make me lower my rating. The woman who took my order over the phone seemed to understand what I wanted but didn't read it back to me or tell me the total. When I went to pick it up, she again didn't mention anything about it, I just gave her my card and she handed me the pizzas and a receipt. I didn't realize untill I got home looking at the receipt, 1. they must have raised the prices a lot since last time I'd ordered there because my total was way higher than I thought it would be, 2. my pizzas were not how I had ordered them, they had more toppings than what I wanted which I got charged for and was another reason I was charged so much. Not to mention, both of my pizzas weren't even made very well, very skimpy on the sauce and toppings (which also did not look or taste fresh at all) and both were over cooked and dry and really just didn't even taste very good. To top it all off (the situation, not the pizza), on one deep dish I had ordered with black olives, I bit into a slice and chomped down onto a big solid olive pit!! All in all, I was really disappointed and I hate to say it, but I really don't think I'll be ordering from this location again any...
Read moreAs someone with chronic back pain, it's better for me to stay in the car. That being said, ordering is so easy. I park near the front and let my 6 year old and 9 year old with autism go in and order whatever they want. I give them my debit card and it always goes smoothly.
My kids love the crazy bread and $5 for a pepperoni pizza is a bargain. If you have a custom order, it can be made in a few minutes if it's not too complex.
The restaurant is clean and the staff never look annoyed or upset when it's just two little kids ordering because it's so easy.
You can pre-order, which I haven't done because I always go as a spur of the moment thing when we're running errands, and it looks super easy. From what I've seen, you just enter your code and retrieve your meal from the warming shelf.
It can get a little busy sometimes but the wait time is never ridiculous,...
Read moreI went in to this Little Caesars many times now about (8-10). To put it in short I went here on Friday and got myself a pepperoni Pizza for 5.00 and around 50 cents.. This last time I was severely ill. Since I had eaten half the pizza Friday I thew up continously about 7 different occasions. Each time I threw up i vomit about 5 seperated periods of time. ABout 35 times of throwing up. Not even including diarrhea I severely had.gone through. I was taken to hospital for being severely dehydrated. My body drank 2 liters of water. All because of a viral flu type of bug in the pizza. Cleaniness, integrity, making sure to clean your hands is key. Now I'm doing better two days after of constantly hydrating. Will not eat from...
