I was hesitant to post this review, however after talking with other groomers in the area and them laughing hysterically at the fact that they still charged me $66 for this - I felt I would at least put it out there and let customers make their own decisions.

Full Disclosure: This was Mera's first time getting groomed - they said she would not stay still for them to groom. After seeing the MANY cuts on her (none of which were mentioned when I picked her up)...I understand why she wasn't staying still... I assumed groomers were used to this type of thing and had ways to restrain dogs but I guess not.

If they had just said something like 'look - we tried, we're really sorry but we just cant do it' I would've understood. But instead, they said "That'll be $60".

Had to go and pay full price to take her to another groomer to get the job done right.

Great place to self wash your dog or make an appointment for full grooming services. Clean well maintained facility with friendly staff. You pay once for use of the facility (no time limits or additional upcharges for extra time, dryers or towels) Individual tiled stalls with a locking gate separate you, your dog safely from other customers. In each stall there's typical shower hardware that allows you to comfortably regulate the temperature, steps up to the large tiled washing tub, plenty of towels, soap, a waterproof collar, leash with anchor bolts (keeps your dog secure while washing.) a blower with a hose and attachments to dry your dog. I took a chance on this location for their self serve dog wash and was not disappointed! It’s recently renovated with very friendly and attentive staff! There is a nice selection of name brand dog food and toys- some of which I’ve never seen before for example, dog-nip.

$20 for 20 mins using the dog wash station. I was able to wash and dry my girl with time to spare. Towel and shampoo provided in the base rate. Bring your own conditioner and brushes. I was the only one washing my dog today, but it could get a little loud since the 3 dog tubs are in a smaller room- maybe my only criticism.

Overall I enjoyed this experience and will be back!
