Says on their website that they print labels for free total lie I just got charged $3.00 for a label! Just know that labels aren’t free! And the owner just replied telling me they’re franchised, so If that’s the case, you guys really need to update your websites cause it’s on more than one saying it’s free. Not only do you guys have the laziest most unfriendly employees I’ve ever seen in my life!! And that’s saying a lot because I’ve been to quite a few UPS stores and I’ve never been treated like I have at your store! I walked in and immediately the girl behind the desk said get behind the line! And then she goes on to say have some Courtesy! And I’m thinking excuse me! Then the heavyset lady your manager comes up to me and says did you just take a picture of my employee? In which I didn’t! Then from there, she say you need to leave! Then I said ok? But before I left, she ripped my package out of my hand and says you are!? Then I went to get them on video just to have proof of the rude employees that you have! So I initially did a live scan here on New Year's Eve 2024. As I was leaving, I noticed a part of the form was missing my social security number. I asked the gentleman who assisted me if I should add the missing information to the form. He stated," That was okay because my social media was on another form. I was a bit concerned as this is for a new employment opportunity with a process that takes a long time, but I rolled with it after he re-assured me that if it was an issue, they would redo it for free.
Fast forward to April 10, 2025. I was notified by the state commission due to operator error (the person who submitted) they said that I should be able to get it redone for free since they could not accept my Livescan because of the two reasons
The person who submitted my livescan had entered it as a resubmission which would not be able to be accepted.
It was missing my social in that section, which I had specifically pointed out to the employee four months prior. I informed the employee at the counter of this. She said that she still had to charge me for a new application, and now I have paid $140 that I will not get reimbursed for just on account of the employee error.

The store still had its lights on and doors open as UPS driver was loading his truck, the male with dark hair and mustache working there first tells me to wait where I was and he would help me as soon as he is done helping pack up pkgs for the UPS driver. Then within a second he tells me “actually I’m not going to help you it is after 5 and store closes at 5 pm so I’m not going to help you.” I say “Can i just drop off this one pkg that already has a label in it?” He says “you can leave it here if you want but I am not going to give you a receipt to make sure it’s delivered.” He was sooo rude. I get it and respect when it’s closing time, but he could of have nicely said.. “Sorry we are closed for the day, we can help you tomorrow.” Or something more professional then “you know what I’m not going to help you”.
