VERY disappointed. Craving hot crispy french fries, I ran out during my break and drove through and ordered a large fried, and requested 'extra-extra-crispy please" and "well-done please". The order-taker says okay, thank you. I paid, the picked up my order and drove home, approximately 4 minutes away. I open the bag the moment I walked in my door, immediately opened the bag, and discovered an order of french fries that were very limp and cold. They had obviously been sitting out for a long time. The cook could have picked up those undercooked leftover fries and dipped them in the hot oil fryer for about 1 1/2 minutes to refresh them. While I prefer fresh fries, re-fried would be a better alternative to cold and limp. It was 3pm. The drive-thru had 2 cars ahead of me and none behind me, so it was not particularly busy. If they couldn't give me fresh or refreshed hot fries, when I asked for well-done and extra crispy, they should have told me so. Update: Drove to the pick-up window to check if there were any employees "working". When inquired about their hours and why they were closed, lady who I assumed to be the manager replied saying something about a light and something else about the next store... Very sound logic.
