The store is clean and well-organized, and I found some fun things. My biggest complaint is that the pricing is a bit hard to figure out. I had to ask for an explanation from an employee (who was uncertain and had to look at a sign with me). That's my second complaint; it's hard to find employees. And the only form of checkout is self-checkout. Personally, I prefer self-checkout, but I found it disconcerting that there was no one there to offer help.

Additionally, I don't love their return policy: ALL SALES FINAL. I might have purchased more had the return policy been more generous. Offering a return policy doesn't mean more people will return things. It just means that people may buy more because they know that they can. And then, when they don't get around to it, it's...

Store nicely stocked attractive and pretty.Greeted by employee, nice..but when getting to checkouts this is where store is insufficient. Counted 3 employees in store while shopping nobody at self check or register to help I was there for 10min trying to figure out,meanwhile lady next to me left upset with items on counter unpaid..Guy came next pretended to push buttons to pay and walked out door with items in hand not paid.my husband had to go find somebody way in back who had no idea what was going on in front.i finally figured out just one second before her and my husband and 2 handicapped boys showed back up..The type of high end clients who live in this area will not put up with this nonsense good luck...

Nice clean store with a bunch of interesting items. It’s fun to go with no plan, walk around and find what you find. I’m giving a 3-star review because they don’t allow customers to use their restroom. What is a person supposed to do or a parent with a little kid who has to go. I had to check out in a hurry and leave because I had to pee. Sure, I could have put down my basket, run over to Vons and used their restroom, but that’s not customer convenient nor is it fair to Vons. I would have spent a lot more money if I could have stayed.
