AT&T in San Juan Capistrano. I went there to have my phone looked at and the sales manager Johnathon explained to me that water had gotten into the phone and that it may take a while to get fixed. I ended up buying a new phone. Johnathon was so professional, took time to explain the new phone to me, transferred all of my information from one phone to the other. While helping me Johnathon also helped other customers with their problems in a very timely manner. He helped me sinc phone to my car, helped me sinc my watch. Johnathon gave me his personal phone # in case I had problems to call him and he would help me out. He stayed after closing hours to help me do everything. Great Guy! He made me feel very special and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for all of his help. Lastly Johnathon was the only store rep working so he was doing the work of 2-3 people. They didnāt really want to help because we wanted to upgrade our phones. They told us we had no upgrades but every single device was on upgrade status. Anyway we decided to go to San Juan AT&T to help get our phones and iPads set up that we bought at Apple store. Kyler was FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and explained that yes did did have an upgrade but the other store had put it on lock. That was to force us to come back to that other store. He was able to remove it so we could set up our devices. We also were able to get the plug boxes that the other store didnāt help us with.AT ALL. Met the nice manager Ian who assured me that despite my fears everything can be done without evidence visiting a Verizon store. I paid off the one phone that I had and today I returned to the store to ask for another line. Despite taking a few days (Verizon made things difficult) I ended up moving to AT&T with all my devices. I also got an iPad Pro for my Bible study group. Ian helped me transfer all my Apple iCloud settings as well. I just wish they would sell the Apple Pencil. I also couldnāt find Zagg screen protectors for either iPhone or iPad but I got those on Best Buy. Overall a very scary process went smooth thanks to Ian. I hope I never ever try Verizon...
