First Gio helped me with the purchase of a new iphone 16, taking a lot of time to help me transfer everything over. (Thanks Gio!) This took awhile, so Gio said I could run an errand in the shopping center. When I came back Ciro took over and helped me unlock my SIM card. Ciro went above and beyond and when this was taking awhile, I went to TJ's next door. Ciro came and found me. Unbelievable service! And we wrapped up my phone purchase together. (Thanks Ciro!) Everyone at the store was super responsive and helpful. Great experience, and I will go back for sure. The person attending to us always walked off to go help other customers or to talk to their team members, so it was a bit weird. I recommend the Laguna location and not this one, even though it's closer to me. They do try their best at being friendly, though, so good job on that. 3.5/5 08/17/2025 update. It was nice going in and getting help with any issues needed. Now their Corporate is forcing all T-Mobile workers to get the customers to only use the dumb Life APP by them.
