I received incredible customer service from Danielle here. I came in determined to buy some Reef flip flops, as I've been loyal to that brand. She showed me several pairs, but the one I liked best had a color pattern I wasn't crazy about. Instead of letting it stand there, she suggested I at least try on a pair of Quiksilvers and I was blown away by how comfortable they were, and as she pointed out, they were cheaper too.
