I called back and explained cause they wanted me to go in the store to pick up the equipment. Seence they ran my credit. and she said she can't get it too my account with out me I said what they just did with my passcode. She hung up on me. Literally. Now no one will answered. very professional off them. I give them 4 start for customer service. Now I have to go and sit there for 1hr. cause they don't no what they were doing.
