Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience ever in my life. Furniture took 4 months and then when it arrived it was all wrong colors and things we never chose or agreed on. The mistakes had to be intentional because there is no way that they could have gotten it all so wrong. We spent hours on the phone auditing the mistakes and having them corrected. The local store sent out a person to our home to try to convince us the wrong stuff we did not order was nice and that we should just accept it. After spending over $50,000.00 US we finally received our correct order 17 months after the original order. Good luck shopping here. It then got moved again to January 2019. Upon delivery one headboard was missing and they said they would have to reorder it and deliver it in 3 month’s time. Cancelled this bed! Response from store salesman and manager (Mall of San Juan store) has been very poor!
