The quality of the items are really good, and it’s been very close to what I’m used to in France. I placed the order for $500, as a trial because I do think individually, it’s been very expensive, but the quality is okay and there’s nothing better available in the US. the problem I think is receiving the items without damaging and defrosted

Everything came late, almost all order. We’re on different delivery days and everything was taking longer and arrived defrosted. two boxes, not even reach me because I have left already my location. I tried to give feedback, it was not really welcomed. I prefer to go with less quality but it arrives and I can use it for my clients and don’t lose the money. for future references, I will try to look out stores which are selling the product and not try to buy it...

We walked in on a Friday evening… the only two visible employees were busy chitchatting and showing each other their phones. One guy walked up to us and getting information about the product we wanted was difficult because he was not forthcoming with the answers. He took our order (which took forever) I just checked the status to discover the order had been cancelled. Called the store and the employee who responded told me I should have received an email, and that he imagined I would be credited for the over 1,000$ that have been charged to my card. Just an overall bad experience. Made an online purchase to be picked up at the store and they cancelled it... twice. Their solution: call customer service and speak to multiple representatives, some which were generally nice and some who will give you attitude and just hangup the phone. But it's fine, because no one will be able to tell you why your purchase was cancelled. Instead they'll direct you to buy directly from the store. And nope, they will not honor the credit you already used to make the initial two purchases, you'll just have to wait for a...
