The owner (or perhaps he is the manager) was beyond rude. I explained to him that my phone fell in water and would not turn on, and that I had new glass installed at their store about 2 weeks previously, and perhaps this would be under warranty. He looked at my phone, stated it had some scratches, and that I should be using a phone cover. I told him that I do (I bought the cover the same day that I had repaired the phone previously with them, but removed the cover to help the phone dry out). He literally accused me of lying, started screaming that he does not serve liars in his store, and asked me to tell him to his face that I do not have a cover. I do have cover and I use it. Totally irrelevante to the water damage. He told me to get out. I do not know if there was some other reason that he turned crazy on me, as the other people in the store were more than willing to help me. But he instructed all of them to ignore me. It seemed the other employees had witnessed this type of behavior previously from him. Again, the other employees were helpful and friendly. The owner/manager would do better to never interact with customers directly.
Thankfully, there are many other repair stores so I can choose to give my money to stores that respect their customers and do not accuse them of being liars or refusing service for no reason. I personally will never visit this...
   Read moreDuring my vacation my phone had gotten water damaged and the screen would not work. they fixed it within an hour and did checks. before leaving the store my phone would overheat and they let me know the charging port was damaged as well.
Unfortunately the screen had issues again the next day and they quickly replaced it again and helped change the charging port for me. Not once did they complain or make me feel like a burden to them. They stayed after the mall closed and made sure my phone worked so I could get back to the states the next day. I truly felt that they took the situation and my safety very seriously and fixed any mistakes made.
I am not sure when I will be returning to PR but I will recommend this location to anyone! Hopefully I wont have anymore issues...

Despite them doing what seemed to be a good, albeit pricy repair of the screen $200+, they assured you could return if there were any problems - not mentioning the two week small print. Following the repair the phone began to charge erratically, which it had not done before. Took it back and he was charged an additional $55 for a problem that was most likely the consequence of the first 'repair'. Very clear from my partners exchange that they had no interest in ensuring that the first job did not cause the subsequent problem.
