Cafeto — Restaurant in San Juan

Bad service. 1st, I’m waiting a couple of minutes to order with no one in line. An emp comes around and ask if I had ordered which I told him I’ve been waiting to order with another employee in front of me just drinking off her Yeti looking at her cell. Then, I sit to wait for my order and after a couple of minutes the person in line after me picks up her coffee. I ask my self, what’s up with that so I get up and my order was just sitting on the counter waiting for me to pick up. If they called me I really didn’t hear them! Anyways, what gets me is when your paying for your order they have the nerves to ask do a tip. Again, good food really...

Service was good and the guy who attended us was really nice But charged us $14 for a bagel??i live in NY and this is insane. I realized until i was gone. Am not cheap but come on....

I ordered 1 bagel with cream cheese (no extra cheese) 1 size of turkey and tomato.....

Voy y todo normal pido mi orden. Al rato estan llamando a "Zero". Era lo mio... Primero yo no me llamo Zero, pero nada normal, me río y le digo jaja no me llamo Zero, era Steven. La compañera se lo recalca a quien me tomo la orden y viene frente de mi y le contesta: "Yo le pregunté y el me dijo que si (disque con la cabeza le hice el gesto)."

Mira chica, si no estuvieras con el bendito airpod en el oído quizás me hubieras podido escuchar bien por que de Steven a Zero hay que correr. Y tienes los pantalones de decir que te dije "Zero". Arranca a dormir que cuando se atiende a un cliente no hay por que ponerse audifonos. Y lo mas que me duele es que le di propina por cobrarme, escribir mi nombre mal y salirme con esas💀. Bello.
