Worst customer service. All employees look at you that you don’t have money to spend money there, also my salary its triple from sales employee at Tory Burch. Why they have that attitude? They don’t respect you and also maybe they don’t realize that without customers none of them will be there. Since Tory burch opening over PR, on 1/5/25 it was my 2nd time there cause of this, I went there because I was late to order online for 3kings celebration. I rather to order online to feel un respectful from others to go the store .Believe me if I go to store is because I have the money to spend. Yesterday I went to buy multiple mother’s day gifts. I was holding a lemonade drink in my hand to have something refreshing due to the 90+ minute line that awaited me inside. However, I was refused entry to the establishment by the manager in a very hostile manner. I would truly hope it wasn’t because I am a local.

I regularly come to the store and have seen in multiple occasions tourist with alcoholic drinks in hand. Even then I still decided to make the purchase because of how nice the sales person was and ended up spending 2k.

However, I would advice that the general manager have more empathy for the client and to reconsider her demeanor...
