Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Leandro

Beware if ordering online and utilizing the CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICKUP. Today we put in an online order. You’re then given a link to click on in an email when you arrive. I get to this Pizza Hut, clock the link and as you can see in the picture it clearly says to stay in the car and someone will bring the food out. I’m waiting in the car for 5 minutes.. wonder what could be the delay.. then about 10 min. I was already getting upset because if it wasn’t ready at the scheduled pick up time, then what’s the point of choosing your pick up time when ordering?! So I give up and go inside the shop and tell them I had a curbside pick up order scheduled for 11:45 (which now is almost 12). The worker at the counter told me that I had to call them when I arrive. I told them the link from the email said to wait in the car and they insisted I had to call. Obviously there’s some miscommunication between their corporate office and stores or the managers because the link/email clearly does not state that. This is going to and probably already had caused...

Used the app to place an order while I was at the park with my kids and dogs so I can just swing by on my way home. Placed the order at 3:23pm and order estimated to be ready at 3:40. I showed up 10 minutes late and had set it up for curbside pick-up. Well I called the store about 3 times with no one answering or putting me at least on hold. I decided to go inside, no one would even acknowledge me while I stood at the register. Finally, a heavy set Latina with the weirdest blue eye contacts walked up and had no clue about my pick up order. I showed her the email and still seemed so confused. She walked to the back and I guess found my receipt but said it would be another 20 minutes for my order. By this time, it’s 4pm so it’s been 40 minutes since I placed my order. I told her I couldn’t wait as I had kids and dogs in my car ready to go home. She proceeded to take about 7 minutes to refund me back. Very disappointed and will avoid this location...

Waited in front for pizza place for over 30 mins for ' curbside' pickup..when it never came out I went into the store to find my pizza sitting on a shelf getting cold..the store screwed this up as a carry out. The clueless male cashier at the san leandro store said that I was mistaken when I told him I had spoke to a female on the phone..letting ther know i was outside. He said they had no women working there..i had already seen two leave the building earlier..I see why this dude was working here..totally braindead. The store also could not get a simple order right..which was a Detroit style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese..what did I get? A soggy cheese only pizza with some store purchased sauce slipped on top of it..pizza hut is a joke..I never have liked thier plzza and it was a mistake going back. It wont...
