Nikki's Furniture Warehouse — Local services in San Leandro

I really wanted to love Nikki’s Furniture because the aesthetic and layout of the warehouse are genuinely nice. The onwer were polite, and the pricing seemed reasonable at first glance. However, my experience didn’t live up to the promise and the conditions of that warehouse is harmful and I had to throw away a beautiful brown couch due to it having mold.

The quality of the furniture was not consistent — what looked sturdy in the showroom didn’t hold up the same at home. Delivery also took longer than expected, and there was little communication during the process, which made things stressful. I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear update.

I believe this business has potential, but right now it feels like they prioritize appearances over long-term quality and customer experience. I hope they improve, but I personally won’t...

Warehouse full of furniture, definitely really good quality and prices. Call or text for an appointment is the best way to go. Nikki was very helpful and sent me some pictures of options she has on hand. My new go to spot for things I need. My experience was really easy, stress free and straightforward. If you don’t like the store front with sales people following you and trying to force a sale down your throat then try here...

I had Nikki fix my mirror drawer and she did a fantastic job. I broke another drawer, brought it back to Nikki & never picked it up until a year 1/2 later which is today February 6, 2023. She was responsive, and still has my dresser in tact. I will continue to frequent her business.
