My Go-To for events, travel, and wardrobe staple pieces. My favorite clothing items (and ones my husband loves as well) were purchased here. I worked in clothing in my teens and was trained in the old-school style of sales - actually greeting the customer (not yelling from across the store) and assisting customers with sizing/showing them additional items (not just waiting at the register to ring them up), and so I really appreciate that Ambiance executes this wonderfully. A few times I have left the store with suggestions from the sales girls that have ended up being some of my favorite pieces. I have brought out-of-town friends here the last couple of years who commented on their appreciation of the vibe, customer service and freedom to shop as they felt comfortable. My daughter needed a last minute dress for a dance, so I brought her to Ambiance and relaxed as the sales girl assisted her in finding the perfect dress in under 10 minutes. This review is not incentivized I do a lot of online shopping and never really review companies because frankly the experiences are either mediocre or terrible. I recently placed my first order from Ambiance and not only was the shipping extremely fast and the customer service response exceptional but I was truly blown away by the packaging. I’ve been going through a really difficult time and the thoughtfulness and sentiment of what the kind staff included in the package was unexpected and exactly what I needed at the time. I have been a customer of Ambiance for almost 15 years. They have such a great and unique selection of clothing at various prices points - and something for every occasion! The owner has been nothing but friendly as well as the other gals who work in the store. The customer service is top notch - I had fallen in love with a pair of boots from there, but I struggle with boots because I have a wide calf. The owner was so helpful and ended up being able to custom order me the boots with a calf width that would fit. I LOVE THEM!! I have since moved out of the area, but I always get check in's from the staff on new arrivals or things I might like based on my purchase history. I appreciate this so much!! Love...
