(August 2024) Classy Closets has exceeded my expectations once again with their stellar service and craftsmanship. As a repeat customer, I was thrilled with their excellent communication and thoughtful design recommendations for my closet remodel, which included revamping two closets with old-school sliding mirror doors. They catered perfectly to my individualized needs, tastes, and budget, using high-quality materials throughout the process.

(May 2022) Truly, it was a dream working with Classy Closets, and Marlise in particular. First of all their catalog is A+. I could tell right off the bat that I was going to get a high quality product for my master closet. Marlise also came with samples that I could touch and feel for the different wood finishes. This was helpful, as I could better assess whether or not the drawers were going to match my existing flooring.

When it came to choosing the hardware, I was a little indecisive, but Marlise lent her eye for design and expertise to help me come to the right choice.. I have zero regrets!

As far as the installation, it was seamless. A team of four men arrived promptly to my house and completed the project in one day with minimal disturbance. They were very professional, and cleaned up and hauled away all the debris afterwards.

From start to finish, everyone I interacted with at the Classy Closets team was very professional. Their customer service is unmatched. Even after installation (when I decided to move the valet rail to a different location), someone came out to take care of that immediately.

Classy Closets handles everything in a classy manner. First off, my husband did thorough research on finding this company. He looked into competing companies and independent contractors for this project. He spent about a month and had multiple companies come here to do evaluations; In total about 11. Through all his time and research, we decided that Classy Closets was the best option. For both affordability and quality. We are a very frugal family, so this purchase was not made lightly.

In the design process, we had a lot of revisions. It was a very tedious process because of the demands of our family. Tiffany handled every revision with grace and patience.

Once the project started, there was a human error. One of the contractors screwed into a water pipe, causing it to leak from the top floor to the second floor. Everything in the walls and the ceiling was soaked with water. The next morning, Gary, the owner, called and reassured us that he would pay for all the repair. And he did! He had access to very expert plumbers and contractors that came in a very timely manner, and worked with both caution and efficiency. It was at this moment that we were so relieved that we went with Classy Closets. Mistakes are absolutely human. We all have done them. The question is, "How are they handled?" We are so happy we went with Classy Closets that actually anticipates human error in a realistic manner and covers the cost for them. When doing renovations, we all have to expect things like this to happen. It is a part of the process. And we are so happy to have done this process with Classy Closets.

Tui was recommended from a designer that I use. In a few hours Tui solved all our closets and a kitchen pantry redesign problems. She was amazing at helping us make decisions. She acted as a referee between my husband and I who had a few fierce arguments while she was there:-) Tui is a character and says what she thinks but she really knows closets and will keep you from making the wrong decisions and gently prod you to add things she knows you'll love. I am so glad I added the dirty clothes hamper and valet hook in my closet. I a made a change after the design was finished and she also talked to my contractor about an electrical plug and walked him through the correct positioning of the plug. So she is always there for you. All in all Tui went beyond the call of duty, keeping us up to date on the installation and making a payment plan that we could afford. When the two installers came, they were completely professional, protected our wood floors, were right on time, and installed everything by the early afternoon. My husband and I were amazed at how easy this process was. If we had done these projects ourselves (My husband is handy) it would have taken days or weeks of design, hauling of materials, frustrating installation and allot of psychic pain.. Sure it more expensive to go through a company than to DIY, but my husband and I decided we are never going back when it is this easy to have real pros like Classy Closets design and install for us.
