Terrible customer service. I came in and needed a simple bottle of water because I felt extremely dehydrated and was driving somebody else's car and did not have water in the car for whatever reason. So I went in and grabbed a large bottle of water for about $3 and didn't have any cash or cards on me other than a credit card. I did not have a debit card and he would not let me run my credit card for $3 because he said it charged him a fee and wouldn't tell me the minimum charge to be able to use a credit card and said I should just get another bottle of water. So I did because I just really needed to have some water and be on my way. I was, like I said super thirsty and almost desperate at that point. Point. Credit card fees are the cost of doing business and business owners should not be taking that out on their customers no matter how small the purchase is. This is a family run business and it shows. From the moment you step in the door they are they to be of service. Always have the answer to all the questions. Instead of wasting time trying to find something you just have to ask where it is and they will show you. If they don't carry something your wanting they offer to order it in. Don't know many places willing to do that. I had back surgery the week before I went in to buy a couple case for a friend's party and they took it to the registrar for me to pay then took it to the next level and loaded it into my truck for me. The owner of this place tried to scam me with a red bull. He charged me 4$ when it was 2x5. When I told him that I wanted the promo and gave him the extra $, he refused and started insulting me and taking photos of my car plate. Also, he doesn't let you pay a credit card and charge you fees and don't give you a receipt. Never ever again! He was very disrespectful, rude, and tried to take advantage of customers.
