One of my watches lost a pin the bracelet. It's not a common item but it's not impossible to find either. So I stopped by Towne to see if they had a pin or could make one. The owner helped me and promptly dropped my watch onto his glass counter. All I got was an "oops". Luckily, no damage to the watch. He then proceeded to tell me the only way to get a pin is to contact the manufacturer. A judgment which he certainly did not need to handle the watch and drop it, to offer up.

The owner, Tim, was superbly attentive, handled my items with care, was wonderfully warm & friendly, kind, and generous with his time -even tho several people were waiting for him, I never felt rushed! Recently, I was selling jewelry by advertising on OfferUp, Craigslist, and Facebook. For my 14 karat gold chain, an interested potential buyer wanted to have it tested for genuineness.
