One of my watches lost a pin the bracelet. It's not a common item but it's not impossible to find either. So I stopped by Towne to see if they had a pin or could make one. The owner helped me and promptly dropped my watch onto his glass counter. All I got was an "oops". Luckily, no damage to the watch. He then proceeded to tell me the only way to get a pin is to contact the manufacturer. A judgment which he certainly did not need to handle the watch and drop it, to offer up.
