Mission West Market — Local services in San Marcos

Not as good as San Marcos Market. The bread and other "genuine" products are a no no. Not only expensive , but overpriced. Everything is overpriced. From mexican Coca Cola to sweet breads it's not worth it. Not the place to buy some delicious corn or flour tortillas. I've only been there twice and each time it's been bad. If rather drive further and pay less for perfectly delicious fresh and authentic foods at Northgate or Vallarta. They should take a note from those stores. They do have mexican candies, once again too expensive , but...

I love this Market. It's right by my apartment within walking distance but even if it was further I would come here. Their meats are the best , i personally love the fajita chicken and marinated chicken. They are less than $3 a pound here as of today anyways. everyone is helpful and they even have hot foods too. Carnitas is great and tilapia but they don't always have it . The prices are fair and they have lots of supplies for cleaning , laundry,...
