Ghiaia Cashmere — Local services in San Marino

I've attempted to visit Ghiaia Cashmere twice now. Traveling up from LA to their Pasadena store only to first find a handwritten note saying that they had closed early for the day and the second time to be greeted by a locked door and someone telling me they were already closed for the day in order to rearrange the store merchandising.

Both times were within their business hours listed on Google, and although their social media account is very active with stories each day, I never saw any indication of these closures on their page. Incredibly disappointed in the store's management and the inconsiderate treatment of potential customers.
