I had the opportunity to visit the barber today, and I was truly impressed by the quality of service and the attention I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, but it was the barber in particular who stood out above all.

Right from the start, I could tell that this barber was extremely attentive and dedicated. He took the time to listen to my preferences and understand exactly how I wanted my haircut. Throughout the process, he demonstrated an impressive level of skill and expertise, showcasing a complete mastery of his craft.

But what really impressed me was his professional attitude and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. After completing the haircut, I noticed a small detail that I wasn't happy with and I mentioned it to the barber. Without hesitation or any objections, he apologized and invited me back to the chair to fix it. When I see barbers here in the San Mateo area I’ve gotten used to the experience of them cancelling last minute, not rescheduling when they can’t make it, showing up late or asking me to reschedule all the time, feeling rushed because they want to leave for the day, and long wait times to name a few of the experiences I’ve been through how

At lions den I have not only felt like I have a premium experience every single time but the barbers at lions den are clearly experienced professionals. Every time I go im able to get the same barber each time (shout out to Santos, I get compliments every single time he cuts my hair) and every single time that I go it is the same great experience as if I went for the very first time every time.

The guys at lions den always make sure I feel welcome and taken care of and I have never had the issue of waiting a long time to start the hair cut and never had the issue of dealing with someone that is constantly late or rescheduling.

Even if they had all of these issues that I mentioned (which I have had none of) I would probably still go because the hair cut alone is nothing short of a work of art every single time. The barber I book, Santos, obviously cares about his work and never rushes which are rare attributes to find in someone. He spends the time and provides honest feedback and communication if he feels a style would look good or not and then puts a lot of effort into the work he does.
