I have found their service to be absolutely terrible. The product, the Sundance Spa, itself, is awesome - love it - hopefully someone from Sundance Spa is reading this and will find another distributor of their products in our area. Took me 3 weeks to actually place the order - claimed multiple new system installations as the problem - I should have known better when trying to give someone money even before delivery was nearly impossible. But it got much worse when I realized I ordered a screen when I should have ordered a shade - called back to fix it - said they couldn't take it back but they could get me another one in 2-3 weeks so I placed that order. It's been over six weeks since I placed that order, I have reached out multiple times and have yet to get any information and in the past 10 days, haven't even been able to get a call back. About to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you know what you're doing and can manage the spa yourself, then sure, buy a spa from them; but if you need any kind of after sales support or service, be prepared to wait a...

I had a really good experience. Stephen and Renee were friendly, responsive and helpful. The delivery was done well and they were flexible in helping to find a time that worked for my contractor (even though they were busy and short-staffed at the time). Similarly, the guys who came out to train me and do the initial setup were friendly and cool. Spas are top-of-the-line & fantastic, but expensive! Good thing ours has lasted 15+ years. On site service people are very knowledgeable and can seemingly fix anything! Good selection of chemicals at the store, fairly priced. Wish their customer service was a little more enthusiastic at the store; every time I ask a question about balancing the chemicals, I feel like they treat me later me an idiot, like it should be obvious.
