El Yucateco Taco Truck — Restaurant in San Rafael

Their pollo asado taco is the best I’ve ever had (lovely flavor balance and so rare to find a truck that doesn’t oversalt)! Also, the homemade tortillas are perfection. I noticed a recent review complaining about the tortillas and the prices—obviously written by a competitor or a time traveler from the past with faulty taste buds. There’s a ton of meat on each taco—two tacos would’ve been enough (I bought 3 not knowing how big they are), so $8 for a meal in 2025 is the opposite of expensive. This is my new favorite place in Marin. Everything they serve is life - changing good. They have hand made corn tortillas, Conchita Pobil Tacos, and much more! This is Mayan Yucatan food at its best. Happy to find a quality taco truck here in San Rafael! Ordered the regular burritos (carne asada and pollo) and they were flavorful with beans too.
