Terra Outdoor Living — Local services in San Ramon

We purchased a teak dining table with chairs, loveseat and 2 chairs in Feb 2021. We expected delivery in 4 - 6 week putting us around March 31. Shipping delays impacting most items this year and we received the furniture in June, but the cushions were not here. In addition, the supplier canceled over 50% of the fabrics and we had to choose a different fabric. Terra loaned us cushions until our cushions arrived in September. The furniture and cushions are beautiful and we love them. Terra did a great job of making lemonade out of lemons. The supply/logistics issues were not their fault, but they loaned us cushions and compensated us with free delivery and covers. We would do business with them again. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is they could do much better on communicating status. I had to ask for updates on the status...

This store and our interactions with Rick and Carlos were really top notch. We were shopping for a new fire table and learned a lot about the selections that Terra had available when we visited. These guys were very helpful in describing the differences in options and helping us make the purchase. The part that really shines is that when our delivery was missing a part (the lava rocks didn't get shipped with the table), Rick and Carlos responded immediately by personally driving it over to our house. Sales person could not get the order right. Went over it six times and he still messed it up. Several items they stated were in stock ended up being out of stock when they showed for delivery. We chose specific furniture so it would arrive for my daughters birthday party, nice fail on their part. Several of the items we received were definitely used.
