I recently broke my ring finger and it ended up swelling by about 50% larger than it’s original circumference. After going to the emergency room several hours after the incident and discovering there would be at least a 6 hour wait, not to mention a $500 co-pay, I decided to wait until morning and explore other options. After some online research, I decided to just have it cut off by a jeweler. Called Samuel’s and they said just come on in and they could do it. Within a couple minutes after arriving, he made a clean cut, spread it open, and we slid it off. What a relief to my pounding, massively swollen finger! Plus, he didn’t mangle my wedding band, as they likely would have in the ER. When I asked what I owed, he said "Nothing"!. Can’t beat that! Such nice people, too. The finger is still a bit swollen and sore (but usable) several weeks later. I’ll take the ring back there to get it fixed and resized once the swelling subsides a bit more. Owe them at least that – they saved me $500 compared to the ER....

Samual is a very unprofessional rude person. I called to ask about resizing a ring and if I would have to leave it or if I could make an appointment to get it done same day, and he said it is $40 to get it resized and $35 extra to rush it same day. He said they were about 2.5 weeks out which is fine, so I asked if I could make an appointment to drop it off so I wouldn’t have to pay the rush and they would have plenty of notice. Like being on a list without dropping it off but he said and I quote “I’m gonna say this one more time. If you don’t want to wait you have to pay, baby” he has an extremely rude and entitled attitude. Call Beverly’s in sapulpa. Resizing is only $25 and they do same day with no extra charge 1 day out...

I’ve been going to this company since I was fresh out of high school getting watches fixed and rings cleaned. I took my dad’s old wedding band in to get buffed up and cleaned for my new future-hubby! The guy had it done in less than 10 minutes and then we just chit chatted about life and the ring looked brand new! You can’t find small town places like this anymore.
