Don’t go here if you are new to getting tattoos!! They take advantage of you like no other. I got this tattoo a while ago and when I first was talking about pricing (to Robin) they mentioned it would be around $400 minimum. After declining and telling them I wasn’t able to afford that they walked out of the room and came back in and said they would pitch me a deal. $250 for a half dollar sized tattoo. Gave me this excuse that they were charging me that much because Robin is in the Guinness world records book for the “longest tattoo”. Being young and dumb and having someone with me who also had no tattoos, I said yes. I have gone other places and gotten tattoos 4x the size since then and I paid 1/2 the price (great quality too)!! We were excited to get some new ink, but last year we had two different experiences on the same night. My experience went well, and I love my tattoo, but my wife was not happy with hers. Each of these tattoos cost $600.

When I tried to contact the shop, all they wanted to do was have the same person fix the work. All I was asking for was to talk to the artist who did mine because, while she was doing my tattoo, she told me what she wanted for the shop. She described a bad experience when she got an early tattoo and never wanted that in her shop. However, the shop manager refused to let me talk to Robin, the co-owner who gave me my tattoo.

I came into 546 with high expectations. I have heard nothing but high praise of this shop. You know how when you get a new tattooI you want to be proud of it. :( I tried n tried to get Robin to do my tattoo but I was told that she was too busy. I had the exact picture of a humpback whale I wanted. Joe quoted me a price of $1000 which I had no idea how much it would cost. The session seemed to go well but I noticed something’s didn’t look right. I was thinking of saying something but I figured he knew what he was doing. It turned out terrible! I asked him what happened and he said he lost concentration, wait what? I went back for touch up again he was making areas that should be light, darker. Very disappointed.
