Glass N More Store — Local services in Sandusky

Hear me out. I'm not a smoker aside from the occasional menthol every 2 or 3 days. Funny how I came across this store. Me and my mom were out doing things and we ate at a Mexican restaurant next to the previous norwalk location by drug mart. I walked in and was unsure of what I came across. I was browsing in the store for probably close to 1 hour just the first day I found out about this company. The environment of their stores is very nice. They do keep it in wonderful shape and style. Employees there are certainly polite and fun to just sit and talk to. They are welcoming to those who walk in as well. I may be the only one to say this but the scent of the inside of the store is just... unbelievably awesome. Until I make my move across the country to rely on buying the things they sell here... let's just say they got a permanent...

I needed some help choosing which vape would be the best choice for myself. I usually only buy the same flavor but during this trip I wanted switch it up a little bit and try something new. I was given and shown all of my choices and options of many different brands and flavors. I explained my situation and the worker there that day helped me choose a vape that was closest to my original flavor, but not exactly the same. I was pleased with the customer services I received. The store was nice and tidy and the staff was very friendly and professional....

This smoke shop was our number one go to for disposable vapes until they sold us one that was faulty right out of the box. We hadn’t even left before returning it in hopes of getting a new one. Nope. No refunds or new device, they only offered 20% off a new one. Sad because we have been loyalty members for over two years and have brought all our purchases here to support local business. Probably gonna find...
