Really disappointed in both times I have visited this location. The first time I called ahead for my order, and even waited patiently for it as there were many other people waiting when I got to the store. I was given an old, sad pizza that was just a hot-n-ready when I feel like the whole point of calling ahead is to scoop up a fresh pie just for you. It also wasn't timed at all, so I had no way to know how old it was. You know what a fresh pizza looks like. This was not it; thus begging the question why I was kept waiting at all. A manager did call me less than a week later to apologize and replace my order. Two-ish weeks later, I called ahead for my replacement and asked for it to be fresh. The girl that took my order told me she would have them throw a fresh pizza in. When I arrived, the girl at the counter asked another staff member about my order (a supervisor perhaps?) and I could hear from where I was standing that the girl told her to grab the freshest pizza from the bottom of the hot n ready warmer. Taste-wise it was an improvement over the first time, but I am still in disbelief that I wasn't given a fresh pizza. As I said, we have all seen a delicious fresh pizza, and I was in the store hardly ten minutes after I had called- so it's pretty plain to see that this was not made up with me in mind. I am not sure what it would take to get something made fresh, unless maybe you order something custom? I was happy to give this LC another try because I grew up eating their pizza and although my tastes have expanded, I do still crave it. I do not know if they are having an issue in management, supervisor staffing, training, or what have you. I worked in food service for a long time, and when we made a replacement order, we all but put a bow on it for the customer hoping not to lose their business. I would not recommend this location. Edited to add: I gave this two stars because of how apologetic the manager was that I initially spoke with and that he tried to rectify the situation. Otherwise, I would have gone...
Read moreThis goes without saying, but anytime you walk into a place and can get food as soon as you pay for it, the quality probably won't be that grand. However, I don't really expect to taste the cardboard either, and I don't mean that I ate a portion of the box. This pizza, might have been the worst that I've had to be honest. It was as hard as the box that it came in, but it also tasted like the cardboard itself. Makes me wonder how long it was actually sitting there before it was given out. Now, I'm not trying to come down on the workers, they're just doing their jobs. I am saying, that despite whoever was responsible for that food, should seriously consider making some adjustments to the way things are handled. Maybe consider reevaluating your policies and procedures. No one, no matter where, should experience that kind of food, even it it was given...
